w99p FAQ — Most frequently asked questions and answers

Roulette is a live casino game featuring a spinning wheel with numbered and colored cells. Players place bets predicting which number, color, or range of numbers the ball will land on. After the wheel spins, winners are paid out if their bet matches where the ball lands. The rules are straightforward, making it a good fit for beginners too.

Dragon Tiger is a simple card game where one card is dealt to the Dragon side and one to the Tiger side, and whichever side has the higher card wins. There is also a Tie bet option. Results are decided in a single round, making it one of the fastest games available. At w99p Live Casino you can play with skilled live dealers and follow along on the tutorial screen to get started at your own pace.

Yes. You can access w99p's Live Casino directly through your phone's browser without downloading any separate app. All you need is a mobile phone and an internet connection. For the best live stream quality, a WiFi or 4G/5G connection is recommended.

You can view the minimum and maximum betting limits for each table game by entering the game and tapping the information icon on the game table. Limits vary by game and table, so choose a table that fits your budget. You can also ask via Support Chat.

In Live Dealer games, a real human dealer runs the game live from a studio while players watch in real time and place their bets. The cards used are genuine physical cards, and outcomes are decided by real equipment rather than an RNG (Random Number Generator) — you can see this happening on screen, so players can participate with confidence.

Two-Step Verification (2FA) adds a second layer of confirmation on top of your password. When you log in, a one-time OTP code is sent to your phone number or email, and you must enter that code to gain access. Instead of relying on a password alone, this extra layer significantly reduces the chance of your account being compromised.

Change your password immediately and contact w99p Support via 24/7 Live Chat. The team will help you check your login history. If you see any withdrawals or setting changes you did not make, report those details to Support as well. Player safety is a top priority at w99p.

No — you should never share, show, or send your OTP code to anyone. w99p Support staff will never ask for your OTP code either. Anyone who gets hold of that code can access your account, so use it yourself only and note that it expires as soon as it is used.

Fake sites often copy the domain name to look legitimate. The official w99p site URL is w99p.pro. Always check the address bar of the site you are visiting — it must have HTTPS and no triangle warning icon. Do not click links from Messenger or SMS; type the URL directly in your browser instead. If you are unsure, ask Support.

The main reasons a withdrawal request may be pending are: KYC (identity verification) not yet complete, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or a temporary delay on the payment provider's side. Under normal circumstances withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If it has been longer than that, contact Support Chat to check.

Yes. w99p's withdrawal service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can withdraw your money any time — public holidays, special dates and rest days included. That said, occasional delays on the payment provider's side may push processing beyond the usual 30 minutes to 3 hours.

No — when withdrawing from w99p, you may only use a wallet registered in your own name. Whether you withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay, the phone wallet must match the name on your w99p account. This is part of our anti-money-laundering policy and also protects your ownership of the funds.

w99p VIP members receive higher weekly cashback rates along with priority support and early access to special promotions. The higher your VIP tier, the better the perks — making your time on the platform more rewarding overall.

w99p has 5 VIP levels — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%). The higher your level, the more cashback you earn, which means more value for regular players.

Your VIP tier is based on your playing activity. The more regularly and consistently you play, the better your chances of moving up. w99p tracks your activity and upgrades your tier at the appropriate time. If you want more specific details, contact Support and ask directly.

VIP cashback is calculated based on your play over the previous 7 days and credited after the week ends. Rates range from 0.2% at Bronze to 1.0% at Diamond. There is nothing to claim — it is credited automatically to your VIP account and you can continue playing with the balance straight away.

2D lottery results are announced according to a pre-set schedule. Results are determined using a random number generator (RNG) built into the game system to ensure fairness over the long run. Be cautious of anyone claiming to predict winning numbers or guaranteeing good odds — no such predictions are possible.

Yes. w99p is built with a mobile-first design, so local games including 2D lottery, 3D lottery and Shan Koe Mee are all accessible from your smartphone browser. Playing on a larger-screen phone or tablet will give you a better experience.

In 2D lottery you pick a 2-digit number, while in 3D lottery you pick a 3-digit combination. Because there are more digits to match, it is harder to win — but the prize is larger. Results are determined by RNG, and as a responsible player you should be aware that no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.

Shan Koe Mee is a popular card game in Myanmar where each player is dealt 3 cards and bets based on the value of their hand. The goal is to have the highest combined card total. It is a traditional Myanmar favourite, now available in a modern online format on w99p.

No difference — no matter which game you play on w99p, the same rules apply: minimum deposit 10,000 Ks, minimum withdrawal 20,000 Ks. Local games share the same Wallet as all other games, so no separate deposit is needed.
